Members of the AMI team (Reyna Williams, International Sales; Zach Gwinnup, Indiana Sales Representative) attended the 2011 Telsmith Technica Seminar held the week of August 15. Telsmith Technica covers topics that emphasize effective preventative maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and review of new automation, lubrication, and hydraulic systems. The seminar balances classroom training with hands-on application such as teardowns of a jaw crusher, cone crushers, and vibrating unit. Additionally, the training week provides an invaluable opportunity to interact and build relationships with various members of the Telsmith team.

I would like to take a moment and introduce our two newest teammates in the International Sales Department. Recently, Reyna Williams and Timothy Rubalcaba joined AMI and have been working very hard to contact each of you. We know they will be a positive addition to our company and of great help to you, our customer.

Reyna Williams

Reyna Zarzuela Williams brings enthusiasm and professionalism to the AMI family. She brings vast experience in Customer Service and Inside Sales to the International Sales Department. She has worked at Dow Chemical Latin America and Nabisco Foods. She attained her degree from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana enhanced by her studies in the Dominican Republic, London, England and Aix en Province, France. She is fluent in Spanish, English and conversational French. She has traveled extensively…making her a citizen of the world.

Reyna is dedicated to treating her customers with utmost respect and assisting them with their needs and helping to develop solutions to their business challenges. She is dynamic, and a “go-getter” with an emphasis on networking.

Reyna was born in Queens, New York of Dominican parents. She is married and has two daughters and a dog. In her community she is involved as a volunteer in helping charitable organizations. She enjoys art, and loves to read, travel and meditate.

Tim Rubalcaba

Ever since leaving his home state of Indiana 30+ years ago, Tim has been traveling throughout the Americas and has just returned from living in Spain. He feels that his extensive work history in sales here in the United States and abroad in conjunction with his language skills will allow him to successfully tend to the Latin American market and above all he believes that he is not just selling a product but offering a solution to a need and creating a mutually beneficial relationship.

Tim has an undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Communications and in Spanish Language and Literature and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Administrative Science. He is married and has two sons. He likes to play golf and watch his favorite soccer team – Futbol Club Barcelona.
